Jonathan M. Letts is a dedicated music educator, performer, and emerging solo singer-songwriter passionate about teaching students of all ages and skill levels. With a Master’s of Music in Jazz and Contemporary Improvisation from the University of Michigan, he specializes in teaching all string instruments and keyboard, offering personalized instruction in technique, theory, and creative expression. His extensive experience spans private lessons, classroom teaching, and ensemble coaching, helping students develop their skills in both classical and contemporary styles. As an accomplished bassist, he has performed with groups such as the Marquette Symphony Orchestra and Blue Water Kings. Now focusing on his work as a solo artist, Jonathan blends his diverse musical influences into original compositions while continuing to inspire students through his dynamic and well-rounded approach to music education.
